Our clients have ranged from retail outlets and hospitals to listed companies such as BHP and St George Bank.
We have established a network of contacts with a wide range of venues and can source and put together event unique spaces to deliver that special event that reflects your business or personality. This includes all front of house and kitchen staff and venue theming, staging and entertainment as required.
With award-winning consultants and professional development personal on our team we also provide services to review commercial kitchen operations and present solutions to achieve client growth plans, from capability assessment of your team, facilities and menu design. We have successfully reduced food costs, and reduced waste while rejuvenating menus for clients that has increased business and increased profit margins.
As leaders in the industry we feel a responsibility to contribute and so have created work placement opportunities for students in Hospitality, Catering and Event Management to gain experience on major events, and professional development placements for vocational practitioners wishing to expand their skill. All staff are fully trained and supervised to ensure our client receives the best possible experience.
